1. Your right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days, without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods. If you order several goods in one order that are delivered separately, the period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the last good.

In addition to this legal right, Sterling & Co. offers a longer 60-day return period, worn or unworn, and a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. These are described in our Refund Policy and apply in addition to your legal rights, not instead of them.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (except any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, and you will not incur any fees as a result. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent them back, whichever is earlier.

4. Returning the goods

You must send back the goods, or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired. Please write to hello@sterlingn.shop before sending anything, so we can give you the return instructions.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.
